March MATness: Our Online Mat challenge is back! (March 7th-28th)
Our fun Mat challenge is back this month! This is a great way to get an extra 10-20 minutes of Pilates a day, from the comfort of your home! And not only that you will reap the benefits of Pilates, but you can also win some amazing prizes, like free group classes and private sessions!
Whether you are completely new to Pilates, or a seasoned practitioner, this one is for you! Take 10 minutes break from your busy day to fuel your body and soul with a juicy, body-lengthening, and energizing Pilates session! Let’s do this! 💪
The challenge starts on March 7th and ends on March 28th. You will have 21 days to complete 11 mat workouts. All the workouts will be emailed to you and are 10-20 min long.

Teen Workshop: March 30th at 12:30 pm
Join us for an afternoon filled with fun and movement! This workshop is specifically designed for teens ages 12-16, welcoming participants of all skill levels.
Throughout the session, we'll guide you through a variety of exercises on the reformer machine, incorporating different props to target major muscle groups. You'll work on improving posture, mobility, and stability while building strength and coordination.
